Just came out from CMPB medical checkup - I got PES A, Thank God that I have no health problems, but don't know if its a good thing or a bad thing.
I spent about 45 minutes lying and kept trying to relax on the ECG bed - my heartbeat kept going over 100, which is faster than normal heart rate. After the ECG, when the Medical Officer (MO) was grading my PES status, I found out about my lipid blood test result last week - I just had a little high level of cholesterol, but not extremely high level which I feared. I saw the MO writing this on my paper - Sinus tachycardia. Probably nothing to worry about.
Then I received my PES status, which I could not believe that I have been given the clean bill of health. Just hope that I don't enter shiong units like commando or guards. Hope to start exercising soon...

How often do you get an Email from your school telling you NOT to come to school?
Well, its my first time. But that doesnt mean I dont have to attend lessons.
Week 13 of my school already, about 5 days since school reopened, but I'm still in holiday mood.
Hope I can get back to my working mood ASAP, especially since I hate procrastination.

WISP assignment 2 down - one less assignment to worry about.
Today went to CMPB for my NS medical checkup. Thanks to my dad for driving me from school to CMPB. Found out 2 things that I never knew about myself during the medical checkup:
At the dental station, the dentist said something about my mouth not being able to open as big as others, but it was not a problem "as long as I can eat my Big Macs"
At the station to measure height and weight, I finally knew my actual height: 183 cm. (This is because unlike in secondary school, your height and weight is never measured in poly).
Also confirmed was the fact that I can't do maths very well without a calculator.
I'd like to mention that the staff at the X-Ray station were quite professional, thumbs up for them.
At the end of the medical checkup, my PES status was graded D, due to my heart rate being too fast during the ECG. My family also has a history of heart attack before the age of 55 (my dad).
Hence I need to return to CMPB twice to take my lipid test to test for my lipid levels in my blood next thursday and also to retake my ECG, 2 thursdays from now.
Hopefully my final PES status for NS won't be affected too badly.

School just reopened yesterday for Term 2 of my final semester. About 53 more days left till official end of semester, can't believe how fast time flies.
Thank you NP for not being a kuku by opening school on New year's eve.
Almost everyone in class still in holiday mood.
What's the worst thing to get after school reopen? Assignments!
2 Assignments to be completed by Friday (i.e Tomorrow), given before holiday -> WISP and TW (35% and 20% of module grade)
1 Assignment to be completed by next Friday, 11 Jan, given before holiday -> IMGT (20% of module grade)
1 Assignment to be completed by 27 Jan -> SCM (20% of module grade)
Forgot to bring my laptop adapter to school today, my first time for my entire poly life.
Next Wednesday, for my school of ICT, I do not have to go to school as there is a business continuity exercise, where they simulate how the school functions if there is a major event like a terrorist attack or SARS, etc
Just read the news online -> Oil price at record $100 a barrel
Looks like the price of everything is going to rise again
